Help! I Can't Log In to the Community (Don't Worry, We've Got You!)

Hi there, PiggyBunker pals! 👋

I'm super excited to join our new community forum, but I'm a bit confused. I already have a PiggyBunker account, but when I tried to log in here, it didn't work. Do I need to do something special to join the community? Can someone help me figure this out?

Great question! We're so glad you're eager to join our community. You're right, there is an extra step to join the forum, but don't worry – it's super easy!
Here's what you need to do:

  1. Look for the "Sign Up" button at the top of this page.
  2. Click it and fill out the registration form. You can use the same email as your PiggyBunker account if you want.
  3. Choose a cool username for the forum (it can be different from your PiggyBunker one if you like).
  4. Pick a strong password. Remember, parents and kids, always keep your passwords secret!
  5. Once you've registered, you'll be able to log in and start chatting with everyone.

Why do we do it this way? Well, it helps keep our community safe and lets you choose how you want to appear in the forum.

Parents: If you're helping your child set up an account, please make sure they understand forum safety. Maybe make it a fun family activity to set up together!

Kids: Remember to check with your parents before signing up, and never share personal information online.
